Colombia Inzá San Antonio

The Inza province is located in Cauca, Colombia. The high altitude, good climate, and generations of perfecting farming practices made Cauca famous for producing delicious coffees. This particular lot comes from a neighborhood called Vereda San Antonio. Most of the older trees on these small farms are the Caturra variety, but lately, more and more trees are Timor hybrids like Variedad Colombia and Tabi because these trees are more resilient against the leaf rust outbreak that has been harming trees in the area.

We're tasting incredible lime and cherry notes as well as a buttery, cinnamon note on the finish (think cinnamon rolls).
