Guillermo Hernandez has been working on farms since he was young, but only in 2011 did he begin running his own farm, Finca Villa Hermosa. His commitment to quality never wavers. He is dedicated to harvesting only the ripest cherries and immediately runs them through a kind of sieve called a zaranda as a first sorting.
The coffee is dried for 12-14 hours before going through a washing process two or three times. He then utilizes parabolic dryers for a 10-12 day drying process then all his coffee is stored in Grain Pro bags to protect the quality.
We’re always excited about new coffees, and this coffee is no different. It’s outstanding nougat sweetness and orange acidity are deliciously balanced and perfect for your first cup in the morning.
