This coffee is roasted on the darker end of medium, so all the flavors are well developed, and the cup is smooth, syrupy, sweet, and toasty. It's a hug in a mug!
Blend: Mexico, Sumatra, and Papua New Guinea.
Process: natural and washed.
Suggested brew ratio: 1 part coffee, 15 parts water.
